Chobani “Vanilla Chocolate Chunk” Pancakes

 So, need a great idea for the newest Chobani Champions flavor: Vanilla Chocolate Chunk? Yes, you could gobble it up straight from the package, but why not transform it into another delightful breakfast treat? These silver-dollar sized pancakes are adorable, flavorful, and not full of fat and sugar like ordinary pancakes! Plus, because they’re made from Greek yogurt, they’re packed with protein. What a winning breakfast!

             Chobani “Vanilla Chocolate Chunk” Pancakes 

(makes 9 silver-dollar pancakes)
1 egg white
1 3.5oz container of Chobani Champions Vanilla Chocolate Chunk yogurt
1/2 over-ripe banana, smashed
1 tsp Splenda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup whole wheat flour

~Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, lightly sprayed with non-stick spray. As the pan is heating, make your batter: combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing until they are all incorporated (do not over-mix though). Use a tablespoon to drop batter into the heated pan. When you see small air bubbles popping in the top of the pancake, flip and let cook on the other side (they will take 1-2 min per side).
~Enjoy topped with a small dollop of Greek yogurt and some mini chocolate chips! Yum.

    I made the vanilla ones yesterday and they were so yummy, even without the added sugar all other pancakes require. I have now made it my new pancake recipe! :)

    Yes! Let me know how they turn out for you! I love that they don’t have all the butter and sugar that ordinary recipes have, and I eliminated egg yolks too! They’re definitely power pancakes that you can feel good about serving to your family!
