Ready for my second super easy spring time recipe (here’s my first)?! I bet you are! These are simply adorable. I love conventional Rice Krispie Treats, but these are definitely better. They’re made with gluten-free brown puffed rice cereal, no butter, and have some yummy coconut and white chocolate folded in.
