My wedding is in less than TWO months! Can you believe that?! I can’t. Why am I still procrastinating and taking forever to make table numbers? Ummmm…I don’t know. Probably because the time constraint is something I’m still in denial about. Wanna help me? Anybody?
Well as a salute to the last of summer, I’m going to issue a Fitness Challenge! Who wants to play along?!
Start today! Just do it! And, of course, if you have an injury preventing you from any day’s challenge, please substitute it with another day’s challenge. It’s a 100 Reps Challenge, so every day there is a different move and 100 reps. Easy peasy. Just add it to whatever you were going to do that day for your workout! You can even break up your reps throughout the day if you can’t do them all at once. Make it your own, make it fun, and keep me updated on how you’re doing!
The last day, Day 27 is Quiet Meditation. This may sound silly, but I’ll be the first to admit that I have a hard time sitting still in a peaceful spot, just reflecting. And, because it ends on September 11, I think we all could try our hand at peaceful reflection.
