I know it’s a month early but…happy birthday to me!!! I finally ordered and received my new stone casserole pan. Do you know how happy this makes me? Take a second and reflect on how down-in-the-dumps I was when my stone pan shattered…
Now, think about how happy you get when you get something shiny and new, and it’s beautiful and everything you’ve been waiting for…multiply that by 10 and you’ll get my happy level! That’s an official equation, by the way.
Ripping through all this packaging was just building the anticipation. It’s so tan and rough and screaming to be seasoned. This is going to be the beginning of a beautiful relationship. I can see much kitchen love and many yummy meals in our future. Hopefully my mind mush won’t strike again and murder my new pan!
