Fluffer-Nutter Nanas

August 8, 2012 by Melissa

If Elvis went camping, he’d eat this! In fact, if Elvis wanted a healthier version of a treat, he’d eat this. This recipe is just too easy, fun, and delicious to pass up, so make dessert (or a snack) for you and your whole family right now!

Fluffer-Nutter Nanas
Bananas
Natural Peanut Butter
Mini Marshmallows (or marshmallow fluff)

~For each Fluffer-Nutter Nana, with the skin on the banana, cut each banana in half (I like to cut the ends off too). Then, cut a small rectangle down the top of the banana, and remove the skin and bit of banana from under the rectangle. Use approximately 1-2 tsp. of natural peanut butter to spread down the middle of the hollow banana. Then, top with mini-marshmallows (or fluff). Finally, use your torch or broiler to toast the marshmallows (TIP: if you broil your bananas, wrap a piece of foil around the banana, protecting all of the skin and leaving only the marshmallows exposed to toast). Serve with a fork and a smile! Enjoy!
