Week Four: Oreo Cheesecakes

Or as I like to call them...Great Value brand chocolate sandwich cookie cheesecakes! So instead of a whole sandwich cookie in the bottom of the paper liner, I separated the "oreos" and used one of the cookies for the bottom "crust". Week Three: One-Bowl Chocolate Cupcakes

This week, I'm making chocolate cupcakes and am decorating them for a pumpkin-carving party. I used the recipe on page 152 for the chocolate cupcakes. This was a mess!
