Hello August! It’s my birthday month!!
So, you know I tend to go overboard on my birthday, but this year…I just wasn’t feeling it. Yes, I still have a handful of days until my birthday on the 11th, but I’m just not so sure I’ll be throwing sprinkles into the wind like I usually am.
Ouch. Debbie downer.
I debated on sharing my birthday wish list, but then I thought “hey, no harm no foul, a girl can dream!” And so here it is…
My favorite sunglasses recently broke, so these would make super snazzy replacements.
I really need some new mini spatula and spoonula sets. I’ve had mine for probably 8 years now and there are nicks and cracks in the rubber. No good. Must get new ones.
I’m a bag hoarder in the best way possible. I have been ogling a Fawn Design bag for months now. I want a brown one to use for everything…oh and as a diaper bag too, sure.
I desperately need an iPad. Not gonna lie. My laptop has been crashing and I dread my next trip without a computer. I can’t do it! Am I the only person left in this world without an iPad?
I haven’t changed my cartilage piercings in…5 years. I really want some gold mini hoops for them, but they have to be really small and they have to be real gold because I’m allergic to other metals. Hence me never changing them. Pain in the butt. Anyways, a friend of mine told me to look for nose ring hoops on Etsy because they would be perfectly small. Brilliant.
The Cookbooks I have saved in my Barnes & Noble Cart:
Savor by Ilona Oppenheim
The New Sugar & Spice by Samantha Seneviratne
Layered by Tessa Huff
The Paleo Kitchen by Juli Bower
Oh She Glows Everyday (preorder) by Angla Liddon
Against All Grain: Celebrations (preorder) by Danielle Walker
Gift Cards I always love: Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, LOFT, Anthropologie, Madewell, Sephora
I sent most of this list to my husband along with a couple trivial blog related items, but I honestly expect nothing, in the best way possible. I really just want a big bowl of ice cream with rainbow sprinkles, a candle to blow out and make a wish on, big hugs from my baby and my husband and maybe a good steak for dinner…or some crazy fresh raw tuna.
And the next time I see my mother, I want a bowl of her chocolate fudge frosting. Can’t beat that.
Note: this is NOT a sponsored post in any way. All photos are from the links that are mentioned along with each item. Cheers!
