Fabulously Fit Friday 43

October 25, 2013 by Melissa

IMG_4938 [Tacos in Mexico! For real!]

Hey hey there! Boo! Kidding…maybe.

Here are some fab things I just had to share with you this week.

When I was in Mexico I took a killer Pilates class. The instructor was a gazillion feet tall, lean, limber, Brazilian and beautiful. It was a total body ass-whooping on a spring-loaded board with a cable system…and she customized the workout to be “different and difficult.” Fun, right? I loved it…then I couldn’t sit down on the plane the next day, or sneeze.

Ever wonder what the difference between Natural Cocoa Powder and Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder is? Joy explains things in such a magically simple way. Love her.

We received a beautiful new cutting board as a wedding gift and I’m determined to make it the most well-taken-care-of board ever. I’m going to make my own moisturizer for it. Such a good board mom.

Please please please buy me these…or these.

Do you NatureBox? Or have you wanted to try it? I subscribe (as in I pay for it and am not sponsored by them) and love it, so if you want to try it, your first month is only $9.99 if you use this link!! Do it!

I made you a caramel apple! A Peanut Butter Krispie Caramel Apple to be precise.

It’s 8am and you’ve got me craving tacos! Haha!

Joy is awesome…I bookmarked her post on baking soda vs baking powder she posted a few weeks ago.

I like the first boots better…not that you asked for an opinion, but I’m just giving it! 😉

Confession: My best cutting board has never had anything cut on it…I use it solely as a photo prop! Ha!

    Happy Friday, love!

I love the first ones better too! Not that I’d complain either way. As if the bajillion-dollar boot fairy was gonna visit me soon. Bahahaha

I love reformer pilates on a machine, it can be so much fun and yet such a tough workout too.

    Still drooling at those apples!

I got really happy because I have very similar boots to the ones you want. If only I knew what box (that I still haven’t unpacked) they are in…

Also, love Nature Box! One of my best friends from college is head of their social media and market and who knows what else she does.
