Have you keeled over from heat stroke yet? I just might!
Here’s another great skinny milkshake to give you some relief from the heat without all the guilt! My shake clocks in at 70 calories! You just can’t beat that.
Skinny Piña Colada Shake
¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk*
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp. coconut extract
2 tsp. Splenda (or Stevia)
*you can use plain coconut milk if you’d prefer
Look how thick and amazing that looks!
~Combine all ingredients in your blender (I use a Bullet) and blend until smooth. If you like a sweeter shake, add up to another teaspoon of sweetener.
